duban.app provides an AI-powered task management and document optimization platform designed to assist with supervision tracking, meeting minutes processing, and formal document polishing. The Service is offered on a subscription or pay-per-use basis, and certain features may require the purchase of system credits or a Pro membership.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, input, or generate using the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any materials you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless duban.app, its operators, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
All trademarks, logos, software, and original content comprising the Service are the exclusive property of duban.app or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (including but not limited to Creem and Stripe). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. System credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL DUBAN.APP, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Hong Kong.
