Last updated: June 8, 2026

🔒 Our Core Privacy Commitment

We only collect and store essential account information, payment records, and system credits. We explicitly DO NOT store, retain, or analyze any files uploaded by users, nor any content generated through our AI systems. Your data is your property.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you register for an account, we collect the minimal information required to provide the Service, which may include your name, email address, and authentication credentials. We use Clerk, Inc. as our identity provider; please refer to their privacy policy for additional details on how your authentication data is handled.

1.2 Payment Records

When you make a purchase, our payment processing partners (including but not limited to Creem and Stripe) collect and process your payment details. We receive a transaction confirmation and store a record of your purchase (plan type, amount, and date) for account management purposes. We do not store your full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

1.3 System Credits

We maintain a record of your system credit balance to enable the Service. This includes free daily credits, invitation rewards, and purchased credits.

2. What We Explicitly Do NOT Collect

  • Uploaded files: Any documents (Word, Excel, or other formats) you upload are processed in-memory solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. Files are discarded immediately after processing and are never stored on our servers, logged, or retained.
  • AI-generated content: The content produced by our AI systems (task lists, polished replies, meeting summaries) is delivered to you in real time and is not stored, logged, or analyzed by us after the session completes.
  • Usage analytics: We do not track, profile, or analyze the specific content of your documents or AI interactions for any purpose, including training or improvement of our models.
  • Cookies beyond authentication: We only use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not deploy tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts.

3. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used solely for:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.
  • Processing payments and managing your account.
  • Communicating with you about your account, transactions, and service updates.
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party providers (identity verification, payment processing, AI inference) who are contractually bound to use your data only to perform services on our behalf.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and payment records for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address below.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
